Presentations, Workshops, and Other Live Events

Nate brings over 12 years of real world psychotherapy practice into his presentations. He distills his knowledge into easy-to-understand bites and uses a lot of stories and humor to communicate key concepts.

His style is relaxed and warm and he likes to help each audience member feel seen and understood. You can expect that he will engage your audience in conversation (as opposed to just a one-sided presentation). His experience as a group psychotherapist helps him attune to the here-and-now realities of each particular audience, and to create an atmosphere where participants feel comfortable "getting real", and getting to the heart of their emotional needs.

Spring 2021 Minnesota Group Therapy Conference PArticipant

Nate was wonderful...he did a good job of "showing" instead of simply "telling".

I usually spend 30-40 hours creating a new presentation. However, if I have delivered similar content to a similar audience, I may need to invest as little as 1 hour preparing for an event.
