Couple's Therapy 60-90 minutes

In couple's therapy each partner develops awareness of maladaptive relational dynamics and how to change their own behaviors in order to improve the relationship. A central focus is on helping each partner understand and appropriately communicate their emotional experience with each other in a way that fosters empathy, healing, and deeper connection. Sometimes, a couple will use therapy to help determine if they want to stay together or separate. The goal of couple's therapy is to improve the relationship even if the nature of the relationship changes.

Group Therapy - 90 minutes

Please click here to check out our Group Therapy Page to learn more about what group therapy is about the current group opportunities!

Group therapy is a powerful tool for growth and change. A therapy group is usually comprised of 5-10 people who meet face to face with 1 or 2 trained group leaders that are there to help facilitate interaction, discussion, and attention to the interpersonal processes that occur. Leaders are also in charge of cultivating an environment of safety and a focus on growth. Group therapy provides a place for you to address the issues that are of concern to you, identify with others, offer and receive help and feedback from others, and examine patterns that are interfering with your personal growth. The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in safe and confidential environment.
